Software Update

To download the latest Software Update, log in to Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Planner Update V1.7 ( link.

Why update to the latest version of EventPro Planner? The new features, enhancements and fixes contained in new versions of EventPro Planner ensure that your system will run better than ever.
Software Updates are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, email Sales@EventPro-Planner.com or call us at (306) 975-3737 and press 1 for Sales. They can provide you with information on how to reactivate your Upgrade Protection Plan so that you can continue to get the maximum advantage out of EventPro Planner Software.
  • Communication email fields are now 255 characters long and all other email fields are 100 characters long
  • The company ‘Web Site’ field is now 100 characters long
  • The function description is now available on the ‘Event Itinerary’ report
  • The ‘Attendee Itinerary’ report now prints function-specific requirements for the attendee
  • Every new attendee is now set up as a ‘Financial Group Leader’ unless they are entered as a guest
  • The ‘Budget vs. Actual’ reports now have the option to ‘Show Zero Amounts’ items
  • The ‘Account Code’ field is now available on all ‘Event Income’, ‘Event Expenses’ and ‘Budget vs. Actual’ reports
  • ‘Assign’ and ‘Un-Assign All’ buttons have been added to the ‘Requirements’ tab of the ‘Attendee Function Assignment’ form
  • The ‘Event Organization Calendar’ report was not printing properly if ‘Print logo as banner at top of reports’ was selected on the Reports tab in System Settings
  • The ‘Publish Online Event’ event option was not always updating the attendee type passwords
  • The ‘Name Badge’ field for a contact was not updating if a different contact was selected using the ‘Select From Contacts’ button
  • Companies and contacts now cannot be deleted if they have communications attached to them
  • The ‘Company List View’ and ‘Contact List View’ grids in the Companies/Contacts area can now be sorted by any column
  • The ‘Greeting’ and ‘Name Badge’ fields on the attendee edit form were adding leading spaces if a title was not entered
  • The ‘Notes’ tab on the attendee and contact edit forms was not always turning red if notes had been entered
  • The event ‘Notes’ tab was not turning red if there were notes entered for the event
  • ‘Actions’ that were entered for a contact while on the ‘Contact List View’ grid were not adding to the currently selected contact. Instead, they were being added to the first contact in the grid.
  • It was not possible to create an event if there were any event user fields that had the ‘Required’ option checked
  • Information on the Event Setup | Negotiation tab was disappearing when the grid was clicked on
  • Error sometimes occurring when attempting to delete or copy an ‘Event Category’ from Setup | Event Category Templates area
  • Various event reports were displaying the system logo instead of the event logo
  • Some notes areas were not word wrapping
  • The company and contact names for an action were not always being set correctly if the action was created for a company contact
