Software Updates

To download the latest Software Update, log in to Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Planner Update V1.7 (1.7.18.350) link.

Software Updates are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, email Sales@EventPro-Planner.com or call us at (306) 975-3737 and press 1 for Sales. They can provide you with information on how to reactivate your Upgrade Protection Plan so that you can continue to get the maximum advantage out of EventPro Planner Software.

Enhancements
  • Payment and Invoice information can now be added to a customized ‘Event Attendee’, ‘Event Attendee by Type’ or ‘Event Attendee by Status’ report
  • Table and seating information can now be added to a customized ‘Attendee Itinerary’ report

  • The ‘Event Itinerary’ report was not always printing the event header information if the event had no functions
  • Error occurring when attempting to add actions to a customized ‘Attendee Itinerary’ report
  • Error occurring when attempting to add or edit detail items on a booth
  • Error occurring when printing a label with the ‘Skip Labels’ set higher than zero (Enterprise Only)
  • The ‘Attendee Travel List’ report was not sorting correctly for some of the sort orders

  • It was not possible to move an event on the Booking Calendar if that event had functions assigned to it
  • The ‘Event Mgr/Status’ drop down on the Booking Calendar was always defaulting to ‘Event Mgr’ regardless of what the ‘View By’ was set to
  • Error occurring when running a ‘Supplier Financial Summary’ report that had a filter applied
  • Error occurring when attempting to view a Setup | Users record
  • Events created from an exported event were also being set to exported
  • The Income/Expense module is now included with both the Budget and Finance modules

Attendee Online Updates

Fixes
  • Error occurring sometimes when editing an attendee registration where the maximum attendance was exceeded, even when no changes were made to any attendances

Enhancements
  • The Payment Redirect page can be optionally set to open in a new browser window. The EPlannerReg.ini configuration file is used to set this option. Under the ‘Registrations’ section of the configuration file, set PaymentNewPage equal to 1 (the default) to open the payment in a new window or set it to 0 to not.
  • The ‘View Registrations’ under the admin login will now also show the attendee company
