New Website

Newly reorganized and redesigned, the EventPro Planner Website has been enhanced for your convenience, providing you with all the information you need in a fresh, easy-to-read format!  All the content you remember from before is still available through the Main Menu, which is now located to the left under the main heading, but many new features will make the website more useful for you:

  • Search for any information you need using the Search this Site box located on every page.
  • As an extra convenience for customers on the annual Upgrade Protection Plan, you can now log in to EventPro Planner Support from any page.
  • Click the new Optional Modules item under Software in the Main Menu to access detailed information about all the optional modules for EventPro Planner: Attendees, Booths, Budget, Finance and Travel & Accommodation.
  • Keep up-to-date with all of the latest news on the News page, found under the Company option in the Main Menu.  Important news clips will scroll by in the News Highlights box featured on every page.
  • You will still see the latest Newsletters featured on the Newsletter page, but the Newsletter Archives have been updated with article lists by Volume, Heading or Topic, making it easier to find past articles.
  • Choose your favorite style for the website’s appearance from the links in the upper right corner.

Protect Your Investment with the Upgrade Protection Plan

Software Updates and Upgrades are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan. You are billed for your Upgrade Protection Plan on an annual basis. How does the Upgrade Protection Plan (UPP) benefit you? With the UPP, you maximize the benefits of your software investment by receiving access to:

Software Updates

To download the latest Software Update, which includes the Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to EventPro Planner Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the latest EventPro Planner Install link.

  • The ‘Filter’ dialog has been added to financial grids
  • Attendee requirements are now available for use on the ‘Attendee Itinerary’ report
  • When multi-editing attendees, the filter was not respected if ‘All (Filtered) Attendees’ was selected
  • Error occurring when attempting to book a joined room under an accommodation reservation (Enterprise Only)
  • Mail merges were not merging all available fields
  • Error sometimes occurring when clicking ‘Add Another’ after adding an accommodation
  • Creating an Event Category from an existing event now copies the letter templates
  • Error sometimes occurring when creating an Event Category (Enterprise Only)
  • Communication ‘Load Template’ button now loads the correct event templates
  • Error occurring when attempting to add a table when no functions existed
  • ‘Skip Labels’ was not working on the Labels report
  • Report Explorer was showing the wrong values in the Communication Reference dropdown
  • Error occurring when printing the ‘Attendee Travel List’ report and setting a filter on ‘Pickup By’

Attendee Online Updates


  • The headings of the five columns in the registration details table can now be changed. To change the heading of a registration detail column, add a parameter to the tag to say what the heading should be. (i.e. {%RegItemControl title1=”Items”%}).
