Software Updates

To download the latest Software Update, which includes the New Features, Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to EventPro Planner Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Planner Install link.
New Features
  • Exhibitors can now be created from Attendees, using the Attendee Detail Options
  • An Image can be added to an Attendee
  • System Settings now have a ‘Show all companies/contacts on grid by default’ setting under the Contacts tab
  • System Settings now have ‘Store letter by default’ and ‘Store body/notes by default’ settings for mail merges under the General tab
  • System Settings now have a ‘Default pickup phone # position’ setting for Travel under the General tab
  • Companies and contacts marked as ‘Inactive’ are now highlighted in orange on grids
  • Companies that are marked as ‘Warning’ are now highlighted in purple on grids
  • Only 10 attendee statuses were showing at the bottom of the Attendees grid
  • Booking Wizard would not move forward if ‘Skip general notes page’ or ‘Skip contract/deposit wizard page’ were selected in System Settings
  • Mail Merge user fields were not working
  • User fields were not available on the ‘Event List’ report
  • ‘Sharing With’ information was not displaying correctly on the ‘Attendee Accommodation List’ report
  • Error sometimes occurring when updating to versions –
  • Attendee user fields did not appear in label and letter templates
  • If importing attendees from ‘Attendee Online’, a ‘No Chargeable Items’ message would appear when trying to invoice the attendee, even though the attendees had charges
  • Reports would not print in landscape orientation

Attendee Online Updates

  • The dates shown on the Registration Detail page will now be displayed in the long date format used on the server
  • Guest Registration pages will now be skipped if they were marked to be skipped in EventPro Planner
  • New Guest Registrations will now default all information from the main registration
  • If there was a link to automatically login attendees, the program would not use templates that were set up by the event code
  • Error occurring if an event was locked so that a user could not login to it online, and the user tried to access it from a link with automatic login
