2008 Update Review

Software Updates

To download the latest Software Update, which includes the Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to EventPro Planner Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Planner Install V2.0 ( link.

In order to access Software Updates, you must have an annual Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, contact our Sales Department at Sales@EventPro-Planner.com or call (306) 975-3737 (Press 1).

  • The ‘Credentials’ column has been added to the Contact List View
  • Error occurring when attempting to edit or view Group Details or Mutually Exclusive Groups for registrations in Event Setup
  • Client and contact information for an event could be modified in the Event View form
  • Third party payments made against attendee or exhibitor invoices were not showing on the ‘Attendee Statement’ and ‘Attendee Balance’ reports
  • Error occurring when printing the ‘Organization Calendar’ report
  • User fields were not always uploading to Attendee Online
  • Not all linked events were showing under the Events tab in the Company/Contact screen
  • ‘Client Statement’ report was not working
  • The ‘Attendee Confirmation’ report was not displaying dates properly for functions that occurred on multiple days
  • Error occurring when multi-editing companies and contacts ( Enterprise Only)
  • Canceling an event was not canceling all actions associated with that event
  • Error occurring when filtering any import by a date field
  • Error occurring when exporting user fields for an exhibitor
  • Error occurring when editing a Venue Room Type in Setup | General Lookup Tables
  • Importing attendee accommodations was not working ( Enterprise Only)
  • When creating an event from a previous event and selecting the Copy Option ‘Function Table/Seats’, invalid attendee information for those tables and seats was also being copied over
  • Error occurring when attempting to pick a budget item for an Exhibitor Registration in Event Setup
  • It was possible to add two attendee statuses with the same Item #, causing an error on the Event Attendees tab
  • Error occurring when exporting an event if the audit log was being used
  • Error was occurring when filtering Attendee Accommodations by attendee fields
  • The list of letter templates available for an event communication was not populating with the letter templates from Event Setup
  • ‘Exhibitor Charges’ and ‘Exhibitor Statement’ reports could not be printed
  • Attendee guest information is now available on the ‘Function Seating Chart by Attendee’ report
  • Error occurring when selecting a budget item on the Charges tab of the Exhibitor Registration Group edit form in Event Setup

Attendee Online Updates

  • Adding Guests to an attendee would sometimes add the same guest more than once
  • Adding Guests would not always copy the registration details properly from the main attendee
  • Date type user fields would show an invalid date if that date field was blank
  • Adding guests would not copy the user fields from the main attendee properly
  • Editing a registration that had guests registered with it would not show the correct information on the Submit screens
