Software Upgrade

To download the latest Software Upgrade, which includes the Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to EventPro Planner Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Planner Install V2.1 (2.1.4.410) link.

Remember that Software Updates are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan. If your Upgrade Protection Plan has lapsed, contact our Sales Department at Sales@EventPro-Planner.com or (306) 975-3737 (Press 1). Enhancements
Version 2.1.4.406
  • Function Itinerary items can now be added without having the function added to the organization. This can be found on the Functions tab of the Organization area of Event Setup
  • There are now two different types of function itineraries. This option is set on the Event Function edit form which is found on the Functions tab of the Organization area of Event Setup.

  • Error occurring when deleting a user fields
  • Error was sometimes occurring when using the 'Copy Detail' option for an Event Function

  • Issues existed if the computers Regional and Language option was set to French or any other option that uses periods as the digit grouping symbol
  • New companies could not be added if any events were currently exported from the database
