Software Upgrade

To download the latest Software Upgrade, which includes the Enhancements and Fixes listed below, log in to EventPro Planner Support. Click on the Downloads tab and click on the EventPro Planner Install V2.1 ( link.

Remember that Software Updates are only available to customers with a current Upgrade Protection Plan.   • The filter was not being respected when multi-editing Attendee Travel records and selecting the option ‘All (Filtered) Records’
  • The exhibitor mail merge was not displaying custom ‘Event Exhibitor Confirmation’ reports in the report selection dropdown
  • The ‘Event Venue Setup’ report was not always printing properly. Some pages were printing more then once and others were printing when they were not supposed to be.
  • Attendee reports that have the option to be sorted now include user fields in the Custom Sort fields
  • Event Itinerary user fields are now available on all reports that display Event Itinerary information
  • When adding or editing Itinerary Items the Sort Orders, Durations and Start Time/Offset’s of other Itinerary Items were not updating properly
  • The printed date of a receipt was not updating if it was printed during the receipts creation
  • If user field data was updated using a multi-edit, any user field that did not have a value entered in the multi-edit was cleared
  • User fields were missing for some tables in letter templates
  • Some older attendee types were still defaulting the exhibitor flag for attendees even though exhibitor is no longer an option when setting up attendee types
  • Could not multi-edit the ‘Do Not Contact By’ for Attendees, Exhibitors, Companies or contacts
  • If a location name was changed it was not updating the name for Detail Items and Attendee Assignments linked to that location
  • The filter for the Income and Expense tabs on the Event Finance screen was not working
  • When Adding, editing or deleting Event Detail items the ‘Required’ and ‘Available’ fields of the Event Detail Master table were not being updated
